I usually size up for my daughter and wound up ordering a size 2T for her because I knew it ran just a tad big. The 2T fit her perfectly (everywhere else she is a 3T). Such a cute dress and it wasn't cheap looking.

This outfit is absolutely adorable! The tutu is very rough but just put a pair of shorts under it and its perfect. My daughter wore this at her 2nd Birthday party and she loved it and all the guest loved it.
