1. Just ok
This pettiskirt is not as full and fluffy as the picture shows :( I bought a size larger for my daughter and it barely fits. It is not worth $20 for sure. I have seen pettiskirts that are much better than this one. Don't waste your money. I gave it 3 stars because, of course, my little girl loves it. You would be better off sewing your own if you like to sew.

2. Don't pay for this - you can make one yourself.
I am disappointed with this purchase. I bought this tutu for my newborn daughter's newborn pictures. First, the company sent me a toddler size so I had to contact them to see how to return it and have the correct size shipped to me. The company was very easy to contact and very efficient on fixing their mistake. I would definitely use the company again but not for this item. I feel that the tutu/petticoat should be better made for the price I paid. I recently went to a craft festival and found cuter, nicer tutus that were all handmade in all colors. In hindsight it would had saved me money and time to have made my own.

Very Cute
I gave this for a baby gift and the mother loved it! It was well made and the skirt was very full. I love the different colors. I'm going to buy one for my daughter as well.
