Very Cute
This is a very cute tutu, however it is much smaller and shorter than I was expecting. I made this purchase for my 2 year old who will be turning 3 and she wears about a 3T. I would say this tutu is more of a 12-18 month size, so it will fit her but is going to be a little snug and on the shorter side than what I was wanting. On a brighter note I love the colors and the quality is very good as well.
