1. False picture and description
I ordered this dress after having looked at several other Lauren Madison dresses in department stores. Let me say that I have made numerous previous amazon purchases and have never been disappointed...until now. The dress is not as pictured and is not a Lauren Madison. The quality is mediocre at best...definitely not a retail value of 110 dollars. The description states that it is made in china and comes in a keepsake bag. The dress I received is made in the USA, does not have a Lauren Madison tag, and came in a glorified trash bag. I spoke to customer service hoping I had received the wrong dress. They overnighted me a replacement, but unfortunately it was the same thing right down to the trash bag. While the dress is pretty, it does not look like the picture shows. I am highly disappointed by both the blatantly wrong product picture and description. The only positive I can offer is that customer service was very helpful.

Very good experience
We received lots of compliments and our daughter looked beautiful on this special day. The quality is very good and it arrived quickly. She is 8.5 months and 20 pounds, and since she is slightly above average in height and size so we ordered the 9-12 month size. It fits pretty well though was slightly long and very slightly large above the waist. The headband was a nice touch. We'd recommend this to others.
