1. Finally, a natural fiber, snap front footie sleeper for older baby
This is a pretty expensive sleeper, so I expected the sun, the moon AND 5 stars. As you see above, I gave only 3 stars.
The material feels nice, stretchy and silky, better than all but the most premium cotton, and isn't that hideous synthetic fleece that most sleepers are made of. However, it isn't especially warm, so I end up putting baby in one of those sleep sacks when using this sleeper (it's winter). The feet are fleece lined, but I wish there was an option to get fleece lining in the whole sleeper. The washing instructions really irritate me.....wash delicate and dry flat!! Hah, there is nothing delicate about what a baby can do to a sleeper overnight. If the label says it can't go in the washer and dryer,either it won't get used, or it will go in the washer and dryer with everything else and damn the consequences. The second time this sleeper was washed, it accidently went in the dryer under medium and came out okay. This company does "girl patterns" and "boy...
2. Super-soft & great for temperature-control, but 6-12 month size can be a bit awkward.
My 9 month-old baby girl was already a huge fan of the Kicky Pants coveralls (playsuits), so I decided to buy a couple of these footies for her to sleep in. The quality is everything you would expect from Kicky Pants. The PJs are made of super-soft bamboo viscose and lycra, so they're comfortable against baby's skin, and they actually seem to get softer each time I wash them. And due to the stretchy lycra, they've got lots of "give," so they move around with baby and aren't constricting at all. The temperature-regulating ability of these footies is wonderful as well. My little-one loves sleeping in footed pajamas, but with summer almost here, I was concerned that she might get too hot in the fleece or cotton footies that she'd slept in during the winter months. Because these Kicky Pants footies are made of bamboo viscose, they keep my baby a few degrees cooler in warmer temperatures, and wick any moisture (sweat) away from her skin.

Love the cotton - a bit thin
Nice having natural fabric for our 1 yo's comfort. The material is quite thin - not going to keep him too warm in winter. Good for summer or a warm climate. Fit is ok. Average for 12-18 months. Quality is good.
