I ordered a 12 month size as shown in the picture and got a 3 toddler , also the dress is shown with bloomers so why didn't it come with them?

2. So cute!
The dress is realy cute! It looks like as for a old John Travolta's movie!
I ordered a 24 month size and it is perfect for this age, and I recived it with the bloomers.
My only complain is the cotton quality, that is not excelent but is good, and this is compensate by the design! I would recomend this product.
